Sunday Stealing: Ask, Ask, Ask- Part 2

Ask, ask, ASK--part 2

26 - Did you have an accident last year?  Not in my car, but I had lots of mild ones walking on my own two feet.  I'm a bit of a klutz.

27 - Do you have any famous relatives?  The closest I get is a cousin who is the current CMA songwriter of the year.

28 - Did you ever had a kiss under the moonlight?  Many times.

29 - Have you ever been jealous?  Yes, but it's something I strive not to be...I hope I'm getting better about it all the time.

30 - How can you prove your love to someone?  By being consistently faithful in not only your words, but your actions, too.

31- What are you thinking right now?  That I'm kind of hungry, but I'm going to finish
this and go to bed instead of eating.

32- Have you ever sacrificed something important to you for someone you love? I'm married and a parent (though my children are adults). I think anyone who takes on either of those roles and is at all successful at them has made many sacrifices.  So, yes, I have.

33 - Can you live without internet?  I can, but I don't want to and I wouldn't be very happy without it.

34 - Have you been so emotional that you can’t find words to explain how you feel?  That happens to me all the time.  I have a very easy time with written words, but I am terrible at expressing myself verbally.

35 - Did you ever badmouth someone?  I'm sure I have, but again, it's something I try not to do.  My dad's number one rule was "If you don't have anything nice to say about someone, don't say anything at all."  That is burned into who I am.

36 - What do you prefer, jeans or skirt?  Jeans.  I'm not a dressy, fussy person at all.

37 - Do you have trust issues?  Big time.  I put up major walls and don't let many people get close because I've been nearly destroyed by both friends and family at one time or another.

38 - What's something that you made all on your own and are incredibly proud of?  I once assembled a massive entertainment center by myself.  I was really proud of myself.  I put it together on the floor, though, so I had to have an army of help to stand it up and move it into position.

39 - Who’s the person who first comes to your mind when someone mentions “love”?  Jesus is the first, but I know that's not what you're looking for so the next person on my list would be my husband.

40 - Who was the last person you hugged?  My husband when he left for work this morning.

41 - Do you believe in the phrase “If it’s meant to be, it will be”?  Sort of.

42 - Do people praise you for your looks?  Not really.  I get compliments on elements of my looks, but it's been a long time since anyone really said I'm "good looking."

43 - Do you believe in destiny?  No.  I believe we have free will to choose our path in life.

44 - Have you ever thought “I already found my soulmate”?  No.  I don't know why, but the term "soulmate" just irritates the snot out of me.

45 - Do you like nicknames that are from your name?  They don't bother me.

46- Could you ever be a vegan?  Good grief, no!  I like meat far too much to give it up.

47 - Do you currently have bruises on your body?  I don't.  I seem to be in a klutz-free period.

48 - What should you be doing right now?  Sleeping soundly in my bed.

49 - I read in a magazine that shoulder pads are coming back. Are you happy to hear this or do you not find them to be very attractive?  Ugh. That's not a trend I'm thrilled is returning.  I removed the shoulder pads from every single one of my 80s outfits.

50 - Did you ever feel like you’re not good enough?  Far too often.

  1. I try not to say anything bad about people, too. Sometimes it is more difficult than it should be.

In bed sleeping was a great answer for #48. That's where I should have been, too.

  5. There's no way I could be a vegan, either. I could go vegetarian but not vegan.

    1. I could only last even as a vegetarian until I smelled a good steak being grilled.
