30 Day Challenge. Here We Go!

A friend of mine is doing (or maybe she's finished) a 30-day challenge to post the expound on a specific prompt every day for a month.  I felt some of the answers might be a bit long for a Facebook post, so I'm going to do them here on the blog.  Here's the complete list:


Day 1: Your current relationship.  If single discuss single life.  I am married and I have been married to the same man for just about 32 years.

Us on our wedding day in 1984.
I look at this and think what clueless babies
we were.  He was 23 and I had just turned 20.


Us 2 years ago on my 50th birthday.
No longer babies and a lot of life
lessons learned.

    That is quite a list!! I'll look forward to how you handle a few of them, especially! Love the photos...we were all babies in our early 20s, even if we did think we knew it all.

      Yeah....I'm actually a little nervous about a few of them, that's part of why I opted to do it on the blog rather than Facebook.

      We sure thought we were good to go. Oh, the things we didn't know!

    Love that wedding photo! I was a bride of the 1980's too (1986), and my husband's attire was remarkably similar to yours. Pretty easy to pinpoint 1980's weddings, huh?

    This looks like a fun challenge. I'm going to be doing a 30-day challenge in October.

      Thank you, and yes, 80s weddings are pretty easy to recognize, I think. At least the man did not have a mullet! lol
